1000 Point Club

At the season opener for our girls' basketball team on Friday, December 6th, Tracie Martin recognized our ten 1,000 point scorers at Narraguagus High School (from 1980 to present).  Our honorees were on hand as Mrs. Martin unveiled our new sign, which is now on display in the Charles F. Lawrence gymnasium.  The sign idea had been in the works for a time, but with the help of many hands it became a reality this year.  Mr. Rinkle built the sign and his shop students helped with painting, the art department also helped with painting and the Knight was designed and created by Kylie Daudelin-Rantz, a 2019 graduate.  Mr. Rinkle made the 1000 Point chips on our 3D printer as a small token for this event.

Eight of the ten 1,000 Point Scorers were in attendance and Gladys Ganiel was represented by her father, Carl Ganiel.

Left to right:  Aaron Beal, Janice (Moore) Tenan holding Gladys Ganiel's picture, Kelli Kennedy, Andrea (Perry) Alley, Blake Chase, Anna Ramsay, Chad Fenton and Jared Look.  Robbie Worcester was unable to attend due to his work obligations with Wreaths Across America (set to leave that same weekend).

What a great way to inspire future Lady Knights and Knights to have their name on display!
