MSAD #37 is now accepting bids for the following services for the 2020-2021 school year:
- Heating Oil
- Diesel Fuel
- Hot Lunch Delivery
- Bread for Hot Lunch Program
- Milk for Hot Lunch Program
Bid forms are available for pickup at the Superintendent’s Office, 1020 Sacarap Road, Harrington ME 04643, by calling 207-483-2734 or emailing dfickett@msad37.org.
Proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the appropriate bid category are due in the superintendent’s office by noon on Tuesday, May 26th, at which time they will be opened. Bids will be awarded at the May 27, 2020 Board of Directors’ meeting at Narraguagus Jr./Sr. High School, Harrington, Maine.
MSAD #37 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any or all technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it deems in its best interest. Proposals will be awarded on the basis of quality, reputation, local economic impact (if any), and amount.
