Our school nurse, Amanda Tozier, has been contacted by the Milbridge Medical Center, who are willing to collaborate with schools to vaccinate as many eligible students as possible against COVID. We are still trying to get a head count on how many vaccines to preorder.

There has been a confirmed positive case at Harrington Elementary. It is isolated and all close contacts have been identified and notified. The school remains open and safe. Our mask mandate will be continued at this time. We continue to keep the students within their class “pods.”
Just a reminder...
There is NO Pre-K tomorrow at HES due to testing.
All other grades are in session.
On Thursday, 9/23, and Friday, 9/24, afternoon, there will be a double up of Buddy's and Darlene's bus.
Expect delays
The EdGE is currently looking for part-time staff for their afterschool programs. There are openings at multiple afterschool sites including Rose M. Due to a shortage in drivers today, the busses will be running late. We will get students home as soon as possible, but you may opt to pick your student up.
Registration for new students and students returning from home schooling is tomorrow, August 25th, 8:00-12:00.
Registration for new and returning students will be Wednesday, August 25th from 8:00-12:00. New students, please bring birth certificates and shot records.
Due to July 5th being a holiday, the Summer Program at HES will begin Tuesday, July 6th.
