The agenda is still being worked on but the 1st agenda item will be election of PTSG officers: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasure. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting and then there will be a vote by position. We can discuss voting on the zoom call prior to voting 😁 Official position descriptions are available if you would like to read them but here is a quick overview:
Chair - Works with Mrs. Day to develop meeting agendas, is responsible for creating the meeting agenda and leading the meetings, oversee projects/activities for both teachers and students with assistance from members of the PTSG.
Vice Chair - assists the Chair with needed projects or tasks and will be the back up for the Chair if the Chair is unavailable for meetings
Secretary - to take notes at the meetings and publish them to our PTSG Facebook page and other places if needed.
Treasure - to record all incoming money raised from fundraisers or donations, accept requests for reimbursement from individual for any approved purchases by group members for activities or teacher needs, and to work closely with the district Accountant at the Superintendent's office as this is where all funds will be deposited and recorded.
This is a very team orientated, fun and supportive group. If you think you would like to have one of these positions please let a member know and if you are not sure, please join the meeting to learn more.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS
Girls' soccer game for Sept 23rd has been postponed. The time for the boys' soccer game on Sept 27th has been changed to 3:30. The golf match scheduled for Sept 25th has been moved to Wednesday, Sept 29th. Start time is 11:00. The bus will leave at 7:30am.
JR HIGH ATHLETICS
The volleyball games scheduled for Friday, Sept 24th and Monday, Sept 27th have been cancelled.
The Jr High Volleyball game against Machias scheduled for tonight, September 21st has been cancelled.

Harrington Soccer will practice Wednesday and Thursday 3:00-4:30 in Harrington.

The girls soccer game scheduled for Saturday, September 11th has been cancelled and rescheduled for September 20th at 4:00.
The boys soccer game and the golf match have been postponed for today. Golf will play tomorrow.

The Golf match scheduled for tonight (Thursday, September 2nd) has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
Reminder: All student drop-offs and pick-ups are to take place at the doors on the side of the gym. Student drivers are also to enter at the side of the gym.
Please do not drive around the bus loop or park near the bus loop. We would like only busses to be in the loop and cars to drop off by the gym and exit out to the Webb District Road.
At the end of the day, all student drivers and students who are picked up will exit out the side door of the gym, find their ride and then proceed to the Webb District Road.
During school hours, the side doors will be locked and students who are late or being picked up will need to come in through the front door, by the office, and be buzzed in. Thank you for your cooperation!
